Time, setup and facilities.
The included event duration is four hours. Additional time is quoted at ₹5,000 per hour, with closing at 11 PM. Decoration and stage arrangements may be charged separately. Conference extras in the brochure include projector and screen ₹3,500, laptop ₹1,500, mic ₹2,000 and writing pad with pencil ₹30; confirm availability and applicable tax.
Before you book.
The supplied banquet terms prohibit outside food and beverages, alcohol, outside decorators, DJs, music, instruments, loudspeakers and dancing. Jain menus are available. Confirm the written event terms with the manager.
